Assumptions: flat ground, no refraction; GSD is measured along the image midline. Tilt ≤ vertical FOV/2 uses drone height for GSDmin; once the nadir leaves the frame the near edge drives GSDmin, and if the far edge reaches the horizon both footprint and GSDmax are shown as ∞. Distances correspond to line-of-sight ranges from the drone to the near and far ground intersections.
